During school I did work duty at Cellotape and Tag Printers. They kept me on full-time after graduation. My classes at Cubberley, typing, office practice and bookkeeping classes gave me a foot up in my time at Cellotape and at other bookkeeping and secretarial jobs thru the years. My greatest joy is my personal relationship with Almighty God thru my Lord Jesus and my greatest accomplishment is raising 2 kids who have integrity, are successful, smart and responsible. Funny how success changes definition in the light of Gods word.

Many of you know my husband David (class of 63) from years of school and being friends with Janet, but I met him on a blind date in my senior year when he was on his way to Navy boot camp. We were married a year later when he whisked me off to Guam for 2 years.

Dave continued to retirement in the Navy so we were able to live in Guam, Monterey, Hawaii and San Diego. I wouldn't change it for the world, it made a traveler out of me. When Dave retired from the Navy I thought my traveling days were over, but with Heidi, our daughter and family being on staff with YWAM (Youth With A Mission), I was able to travel to Cambridge, Ontario, Canada; Harpenden, England (where they lived for 3 years); Cairo, Egypt and Kigali, Rwanda. Now that the grand kids Jensen & Maryn are 17.5 & 16 the family doesn't need a nanny while they travel anymore. ????. hey do live on the big island of Hawaii so we do get there often.

We took a trip to Israel last year but after retirement we are hoping to seeing some more of our own country.

Our son Eric is unmarried and lives in Lawrenceville, GA. He has his own garage door business, Attention to Detail Garage Door Services, Inc.

Dave & I are looking forward to reuniting with old friends from school. Oh dear, did I say old, I really didn't mean it! I still think I'm young, until I pass by a mirror and wonder who is that lady?
